How much does shipping cost?

At Mixx Magic we do our best to make all Shipping costs free to our customers and offer worldwide express shipping.

Item Processing Time:

The processing time is the time it takes to prepare the item(s) for shipment. There are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume. Usually, it is around 2 to 3 working days to process orders but some products may need to be sourced & authenticated which can take around 3-5 working days on average before dispatch, you will be informed at checkout of how long the product will take so please double check this before checking out.

SHIPPING METHODS AT CHECKOUT:

 

SIZES MARKED AS (2-3 DAYS)*/ (3-5 DAYS)*: These will be dispatched the same or next working day and arrive within 2-3/3-5 days once shipped worldwide.

EXPRESS: Any product with express shipping at checkout will deliver within 3-5 days worldwide.

Shipping Method:

We use to deliver your product through a tracked service. Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx, USPS (Media Mail, Parcel Select Ground), UPS (UPS SurePost®). Delivery time varies with the shipping method. Time in transit varies depending on where you're located and where your package is coming from.

If you received an item sold by Mixx Magic that is either incorrect, damaged, defective or does not match its description, please visit Returns & Refund policy page to know how to return your goods.

 

Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If you receive your confirmation email that means our system has properly processed your purchase and has pre-authorized your credit card. We will then submit your order to our transit team to reach out to our supplier and/or warehouse manager to ensure that your item is still in stock for immediate packaging and shipping. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e- mail.
